Police: Not even trying.
This afternoon, I had reason to call the City of London Police on a matter - fraud where I am able to help with enquiries (no. I am not a suspect). So I go to their website, and ring the main number on the front page of the website.
It is not answered.
Pathetic.

Clearly they are too busy chasing targets instead of criminals.
I have a dream, not a "big" dream, just a little one. It is this, I want to live in a Britain where when you actually need the Police, calling them might actually be a good idea. Currently, Britain is a country where when you are faced with lawlessness, you are advised that whatever happens DON'T call the Police because it will make a bad situation worse!
